Broccoli Salad

Dressing:

½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar

Mix and let set for 2 hours or overnight.

1 bunch broccoli cut into bite size pieces
½ cup chopped purple onion
½ lb cooked bacon cut into ½ inch pieces
½ cup grated cheese

Mix with dressing just before serving

(I like to add toasted sunflower seeds)

I got this recipe from Laura Hatch many years ago and love it!.
