Potato Wedges...AKA Oven-baked French Fries

Potatoes
Oil
Seasonings (I like SeasonAll, garlic powder and ground red pepper)

Cut the potatoes into wedges or french fries (you can peel them if you want). Pour oil into a bowl with sliced potatoes. Make sure all potatoes are coated. Place on baking sheet or 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake uncovered at 425* for 25-30 minutes.

A variation of a Betty Crocker recipe. In the cookbook, it suggests making it low-fat by just spraying the potatoes with cooking spray instead of using oil.
